	Globis groups to develop develop project in Lisbon city center
	London – Global Project Development, Consultancy & Finance firm The Globis Group today announces it has been selected to be lead Consultancy & Finance firm for the development of the new multifunctional food processing pilot plant in Lisbon’s city center. The plant, covering an area of 2800 m2, will facilitate access for small and medium size food manufacturers to a full range of food processing equipment, support from experienced technologists and specialized services (package permeability measurements, sensory evaluation, ionization and electron microscopy). 	The Globis Group to Develop Logistics and Distribution Centre for large retail chain in Frankfurt.
	Frankfurt – Global Project Development, Consultancy & Finance firm The Globis Group today announces it has agreed to develop a logistics and warehousing centre for large clothing retail chain in Frankfurt . The Globis Group has acquired a site of 150,000m2 Frankfurt from a private land owner on which to build the logistics centre. The Globis Group has signed an agreement with their client to be a strategic development partner to develop the logistics and distribution centre in Frankfurt, which is planned to have 114,800m2 in space. Once built, around 1,000 people will be employed at the centre and between 200 and 400 new jobs will be created.
